We use a platform called Sentry to track security and application errors. This allows us to pick up errors and other bugs, meaning we can fix them quickly. All User information anonymised.
We provide paid products and services within the Service. We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
The payment processor we work with is Stripe.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Things That Ltd cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Things That Ltd customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Things That Ltd with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Things That Ltd to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Things That Ltd will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Things That Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Things That Ltd until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, Things That Ltd reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Things That Ltd, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Things That Ltd will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Things That Ltd on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Things That Ltd.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

Emmly is an open-ended and accessible platform that allows everyone to create any type of content they wish. A small platform, with a small team, that strongly believes in freedom of speech, expression of ideas, and inclusive discussion.
We want to keep both creator and readers safe from harmful behaviour and types of content that might bring harm to others, therefore we feel it's right to have some level of guidance on the type of content we allow on the platform.

Unacceptable content & behaviour
- Hate speech, discrimination, imagery or symbolism intended to promote violence, hatred. Serious attacks a persons sexuality, gender identity, religion, ethnic or national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic, on an individual or group.
- Harassment, coercion, sustained and/or graphic sexual advances, or threats of any kind.
- Incitement to harm or violence, including any celebration or promotion of violence, participation in bullying, brigading, or mobbing.
- Violent or sexually suggestive content involving minors.
- Gore or violent mutilation.
- Content that contains self-harm.
- Impersonating another person or brand.
- Publishing anyone’s personal information or private content without consent.
- Illegal content, under U.S. or European law.
- Spam or advertising.
- Phishing or malware.
All copyright infringement request has to be filed via a DMCA notice before we can take any action. Any content found to violate protections will be removed. We will provide creators with information about the complaint, and they will have the opportunity to file a counter-notice.
